随着非自共轭微分方程数值解法研究日益广泛及边界元方法的不断推广,工程和科学研究各领域要求解越来越大型的稀疏非对称线性方程组Ax=b。由于大系统自动控制的研究,工程师们需要求解中、大型的矩阵Riccati方程和一些反问题,而目前往往把这些问题转化成一个非对称矩阵特征值和特征向量问题求解。
NS-ITPACK is a software package designed for non-symmetric matrix computation byiterative methods. In this note, an effective algorithm for solving a large sparse linear equa-tion system is introduced and a new data structure for sparse matries is described. Morever,a user friendly subroutine--L101 is developed. Numerical examples show that the algorithm isquite efficient for practical purposes.
